9 Confirm CT secondary wiring is shorted, if external connection is not provided.

10 Confirm CT secondary shorting link is removed, if external connection is provided.

11 Confirm that conduits for cable supports are made of non-metallic materials.

INSULATION RESISTANCE TEST

PROCEDURE (Note) Measure IR between the resistor and earth by IR tester for 1 min.
Test voltage shall be 500Vdc for resistors rated 1kVac or less, 2500Vdc for
those rated 5kVac or less, and 5000Vdc for those rated over 5kVac.
Measurement shall be done with primary and secondary cables disconnected.
