• Is your solution really solving the problem?

– As an entrepreneur, you get to evaluate, test, and choose a pathway to
success.
– Although there isn't a definitive method to confirm if your choice of solution
is the absolute right one, there still are tools to facilitate and improve your
decision-making process.
• Be aware of the technology trap
– An innovative solution is NOT only a complex new technology or product.
– There is no need to create a technology if improving a process or changing
behaviors can solve the whole problem.
– Your solution can be simple, and still, be brilliant and effective.
– So before jumping to product design, reflect on alternative innovative
solutions.
– If your current solution is indeed a technology or a product, you can still ask
yourself: Is it really solving the problem? If so, how is it better than the
alternatives?
