RE –ESTABLISMENT REGULATION

የሚኒስትሮች ምክር ቤት የፌደራል መንግስት አስፈጻሚ This Regulation is issued by the Council of
አካላትን ሥልጣንና ተግባር ለመወሰን በወጣው አዋጅ Minsters pursuant to Article 5 of the Definition of

ይህ ደንብ “የኢትዮጵያ ልማት ባንክ ማቋቋሚያ This Regulation may be cited as the
የሚኒስትሮች ምክር ቤት (ማሻሻያ )ደንብ ቁጥር “Development Bank of Ethiopia Establishment
፬፻፸/፪ሺ፲፪” ተብሎ ሊጠቀስ ይችላል፡፡ (Amendment) Council of Minsters Regulation
No.470/2020.”

የኢትዮጵያ ልማት ባንክ እንደገና ለማቋቋም የወጣ
The Development Bank of Ethiopia Re-
የሚኒስትሮች ምክር ቤት ደንብ ቁጥር ፹፫/፲፱፻፺፭
Establishment Council of Minsters Regulation
(እንደተሻሻለ) እንደሚከተለው ተሻሽሏል፡፡
No.83/2003 (as amended) is hereby further
amended as follows :
የደንቡ አንቀጽ ፯ ተሰርዞ በሚከተለው አዲስ
Article 7 of the Regulation is deleted and
አንቀጽ ፯ ተተክቷል፡፡
replaced by the following new Article 7:
“ ፯ ካፒታል “7. Capital
የባንኩ የተፈቀደ ካፒታል ብር ፳፰ ቢሊዮን The authorized capital of the Bank shall be
፭፻፳ ሚሊዮን ("ሀያ ስምንት ቢሊዮን አምስት Birr 28,520,000, 000 (Twenty Eight Billion
መቶ ሀያ ሚሊዮን) ሲሆን ይህ ካፒታል ሙሉ Five Hundred Twenty Million and the

ይህ ደንብ በነጋሪት ጋዜጣ ታትሞ ከወጣበት ጊዜ
This Regulation shall come into force as of the
