ማጭበርበር ለመከላከል በኢትዮጵያ ፌዴራላዊ DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF ETHIOPIA AND
ዲሞክራሲያዊ ሪፐብሊክ መንግሥት እና በሲውዝ THE SWISS CONFEDERATION FOR THE
ኮንፌደሬሽን መንግሥት መካከል የተደረገውን AVOIDANCE OF DOUBLE TAXATION AND
THE PREVANTION OF FISCAL EVASION

WITH RESPECT TO TAXES ON INCOME

በኢትዮጵያ ፌዴራላዊ ዲሞክራሲያዊ ሪፐብሊክ WHEREAS, a convention for the

ይህን ስምምነት የኢትዮጵያ ፌደራላዊ WHEREAS, the House of Peoples’

ዲሞክራሲያዊ ሪፐብሊክ የሕዝብ ተወካዮች ምክር ቤት Representatives of the Federal Democratic

ግንቦት ፳፪ ቀን ፪ሺ፲፭ ዓ.ም በአካሄደው ፳፫ኛ Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said
agreement at its 23rd ordinary session held on 30th
መደበኛ ስብሰባ ያፀደቀው በመሆኑ፣
Day of May, 2023;

በኢትዮጵያ ፌዴራላዊ ዲሞክራሲያዊ ሪፐብሊክ NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with

ሕገ መንግሥት አንቀጽ ፶፭ ንዑስ አንቀጽ (፩) እና Sub-Articles (1) and (12) of Article 55 the
(፲፪) መሠረት የሚከተለው ታውጇል፡፡ Constitution of the Federal Democratic
Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed
as follows:

፩. አጭር ርዕስ
1. Short Title
ይህ አዋጅ “በገቢ ላይ የሚከፈለውን ግብር This Proclamation may be cited as the

ቁጥር ፩ሺ፪፻፺፮/፪ሺ፲፭” ተብሎ ሊጠቀስ ይችላል፡፡ Ratification Proclamation No 1296/2023”.

በታክስ ላይ የሚፈፀምን ማጭበርበር ለመከላከል
2021 in Addis Ababa is hereby ratified.
የሚያስችለው ስምምነት በዚህ አዋጅ ፀድቋል፡፡

፫. የገንዘብ ሚኒስቴር ሥልጣን 3. Power of the Ministry of Finance

የገንዘብ ሚኒስቴር አግባብ ከአላቸው አካላት ጋር The Ministry of Finance is hereby empowered
በመተባበር ስምምነቱ በሥራ ላይ እንዲውል to implement the Convention in cooperation
ለማድረግ በዚህ አዋጅ ሥልጣን ተሰጥቶታል፡፡ with the concerned government organs.

፬. አዋጁ የሚፀናበት ጊዜ
4. Effective Date

ይህ አዋጅ በፌዴራል ነጋሪት ጋዜጣ ታትሞ This Proclamation shall come into force on the
ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ የፀና ይሆናል፡፡ date of its publication in the Federal Negarit
Gazeta.
