Introduction
This technical proposal is prepared in response to Pastoralist Welfare Organization (PWO) term of
reference for procurement of consulting service to Conduct documentation of good practices of the
organization through magazine publication and 5 minute video narration. The applicant, Geray
promotion has been successful in organizing social and development oriented events, publication
of educational and attitudinal change documents, producing a short videos and documentaries for
different community based organizations, government offices and non-government organizations.
Geese Business Development Management consultancy firm is a legally registered company under
the Ethiopian trade Law. Geray promotion is established with the principles of strong team work,
mutual trust, timely accomplishment, excellent leadership, courage, quality with hard work and
high motivation in the work processes. The firm’s consulting group members have come from
different disciplines having acquired over 5 years of professional experience and acquired
appropriate technical skills.
With an aim of documenting good practices of project progress, showing real life socio economic
changes of project beneficiaries, introducing PWO to other stakeholders the service of publication
of magazine and 5 minuet audio narrations is required.
Therefore the purpose of the intended service is to conduct a professional publication of magazine
and short video to capture success stories and show track records of project implementations in
target woredas.
Objectives
The general objective of the service is conduct professional magazine publication and short video
production which is main integral part of documenting good practices at the target woredas.
