Subject Restaurant Proposal

As you are aware, I am in the process of completing The Restaurant

Entrepreneur simulation. In order to continue with this simulation, I am
required to first establish the name and location of my restaurant. Please
review the proposed restaurant provided below and indicate if I have your
approval to use the proposed idea by completing the bottom portion of this
memo and returning it to me.

Proposed Restaurant:
The name of my restaurant is Sue’s Steaks. The theme for my restaurant is
to have a feeling that you are in the wildland of Australia . The color
scheme that I have decided to use is a combination of green, red, and a
little bit of gold. The signature dish at my restaurant is Sue’s Slappin Steak.
The restaurant will be located in Santa Monica, California.

Restaurant Reasoning:
My mom in the summer would always be cooking steaks for the whole
family. She would have her different spices and seasonings. We would
always have great memories and I want to continue the tradition in her
name.
