SUBJECT: Restaurant Proposal

As you are aware, I am in the process of completing ​The Restaurant Entrepreneur ​simulation. In
order to continue with this simulation, I am required to first establish the name and location of
my restaurant. Please review the proposed restaurant provided below to indicate if I have your
approval to use the proposed idea by completing the bottom of this memo and returning it to
me.

Proposed Restaurant:
The name of my restaurant is Dream Bean. The theme of my restaurant is ​a coffee shop that is
very relaxing and calming. The color scheme is going to be all black walls with pink furniture and
decorations with cute lights all throughout the coffee house. My signature drink and dish will be
a pink iced coffee and a pink muffin. It will be located at 8221 Melrose Ave​,​Los Angeles, CA
90046.

Restaurant Reasoning:
I want to make a coffee house where people can come to relax, hangout with their friends, meet
here for a meeting, and to get their work done in a happy welcoming area. Also get a nice snack
so you can enjoy your time there even more.
