SUBJECT: Restaurant Proposal

As you are aware, I am in the process of completing ​The Restaurant Entrepreneur s​ imulation. In
order to continue with this simulation, I am required to first establish the name and location of
my restaurant. Please review the proposed restaurant idea by completing the bottom portion of
this memo and returning it to me.

Proposed Restaurant:
The name of my restaurant is Pittsburgh Sports and Burgers. The theme of my restaurant is a
very sporty feel, as if you were at a real game with some food. The color scheme for my
restaurant is Black and Gold. The signature dish is the crosby burger. The restaurant will be
located in Pittsburgh PA.

Restaurant Reasoning:
I love watching sports and I love a really good burger so I decided that I would open a
restaurant that would have that. I also have always wanted to see what it would be like to own a
business like this.
