SUBJECT:   Restaurant Proposal

As you are aware, I am in the process of completing The Restaurant Entrepreneur simulation. In
order to continue with this simulation, I am required to first establish the name and location of
my restaurant. Please review the proposed restaurant provided below and indicate if I have
your approval to use the proposed idea by completing the bottom portion of this memo and
returning it to me.

Proposed Restaurant: The name of my restaurant I am proposing is called "Surfside Diner". This name is to try and give customers a feeling
of being at the beach and having burgers and fries. The color scheme of this restaurant would be an ocean blue, a hint of tan for the sand, and

some surfboard colors (blue, green, etc). My signature dish is called the Surfin' Wave Burger. This restaurant will be located on the boardwalk in

Ocean City, New Jersey and is expected to open in the very near future with an acceptance from this proposed plan.

Restaurant Reasoning: I've always had a dream to open my own restaurant one day. Now knowing that the time has possibly come, I come
here with a plan to try and persuade you to accept this proposal plan for my restaurant, "Surfside Diner".
