    To: Mr. Wagner

    From: Aliza Very

    Date: Monday, September 22nd

    Subject: Restaurant Proposal

    As you are aware, I am in the process of completing The Restaurant Entrepreneur simulation. In
    order to continue with this simulation, I am required to first establish the name and location of
    my restaurant. Please review the proposed restaurant provided below and indicate if I have your
    approval to use the proposed idea by completing the bottom portion of this memo and returning
    it to me.

    Proposed Restaurant:
    The name of my restaurant is Old Style. The theme of my restaurant is to give the feeling that
    my customers are in the Old Western Vibe. The color scheme I decided is going to be red,
    yellow, black, and brown. The signature dish is a piece of steak with A1 on it with a mashed
    potato. The restaurant will be located on the busiest street in New York with the most lights!

    Restaurant Reasoning:
    My nunnie was always in the kitchen making food or serving food to people that need it. She
    would always be the one to make the main dishes on the family get-togethers and everyone
    would love what she made.
