Subject Restaurant Proposal

As you are aware, I am in the process of completing The Restaurant Entrepreneur

simulation. In order to continue with this simulation, I am REquired to first establish the
name and location of my restaurant. Please review the proposed provided below and
indicate if I have you approval to use the proposed idea by completing the bottom
portion of this memo and returning it to me.

Proposed Restaurant:
The name of my restaurant is 412 Seafood and Steakhouse. The theme for my
restaurant is for the customers to feel upscale and luxurious. The color scheme for my
restaurant is formal and black, grey and white. The signature dish at my restaurant The
Taste of 412 Surf and Turf. The restaurant will be located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Restaurant Reasoning:
My family always enjoyed surf and turf whether we were on vacation, at home or out to
eat. It has always been my dream to bring those foods back to Pittsburgh in a unique
way in my own restaurant.
