Subject: Restaurant Proposal

As you are aware, I am in the process of completing The Restaurant Entrepreneur

simulation.In order to continue​ ​with this simulation, I am required to first establish the
name and location of my restaurant. Please review the proposed restaurant provided
below and indicate if I have your approval to use the proposed idea by completing the
bottom portion of this memo and returning it to me.

Proposed Restaurant:
The name of my restaurant is Bobbers n Burgers. The theme of my restaurant is Lake
or Ocean fishing by or on the water. The color scheme I have decided on is gonna be a
mix of red white and blue. The main dish at this restaurant is going to be to build your
own burger. The location of this restaurant is going to be in Tampa Bay, Florida.

Restaurant Reasoning:
The reasoning of this restaurant is because I have always loved burgers, burgers are
probably my favorite food. Fishing is one of my favorite activities, and I have always
wanted to own a place on the water, so if people are hungry while they are on their
boats, they can park their boats
