SUBJECT: Restaurant Proposal

As you are aware, I am in the process of completing ​The Restaurant Entrepreneur

simulation. In order to continue with this simulation, I am required to first establish the
name and location of my restaurant. Please review the proposed restaurant provided
below and indicate if I have your approval to use the proposed idea by completing the
bottom portion of this memo and returning it to me.

Proposed Restaurant:
The name of my restaurant is Katana Roll. The theme of my restaurant is modern,
because when you're eating there we want it to feel high end and almost a more
modern take on a traditional food. The color scheme I am using is a mix of grays,
browns, and small bits of lime green. The signature food is a completely customizable
sushi roll titled The Katana Roll. My restaurant will be located in Sacramento, California.

Restaurant Reasoning:
Ever since I was young, I liked sushi. I’ve tried so many different rolls and like a ton.
Sometimes, I wish I could make my own roll that has exactly what I want and not one of
the famous premade ones. The reason I used the word Ktana, is because I often like all
my sushi to have a kick to it, so the name fits me.
