SUBJECT: Restaurant Proposal

As you are aware, I am in the process of completing The Restaurant Entrepreneur simulation. In
order to continue with this simulation, I am required to first establish the name and location of
my restaurant. Please review the proposed restaurant provided below and indicate if I have your
approval to use the proposed idea by completing the bottom portion of this memo and returning
it to me.

Proposed Restaurant:
The name of my restaurant is Crescendo Coffee. The theme for my restaurant is music, there
will be different dishes and drinks inspired by different music genres. The color scheme that I
decided to use is light yellow, yellow, orange, salmon, light pink, and white. The signature dish
is a CD cake. The restaurant will be located in Pittsburgh PA.

Restaurant Reasoning:
If you see me in the car, cleaning, or just in general I am most likely listening to music. I also
love coffee and trying different drinks and who doesn’t like baked goods. So I decided to
combine them all and make Crescendo Coffee.
