    FROM: Gavin Sakely

    SUBJECT: Restaurant Proposal

    As you are aware, I am in the process of completing The Restaurant Entrepreneur simulation. In
    order to continue with this simulation, I am required to first establish the name and location of
    my restaurant. Please review the proposed restaurant provided below and indicate if I have your
    approval to use the proposed idea by completing the bottom portion of this memo and returning
    it to me.

    Proposed Restaurant:
    The name of my restaurant is Fresh Catch. The theme for my restaurant is to show to my
    customers more about fishing and how amazing fish can taste, also they can eat their own
    catch. The color scheme that I have decided to use is a combination of blue, white and gray .
    The signature dish at my restaurant is flounder. The restaurant will be located in Miami, Florida.

    Restaurant reasoning:
    I am a fisherman and fishing is my life. I've always wanted to own a fishing charter so having a
    restaurant next to it just seemed like a good idea. A restaurant would also make a lot more
    revenue than just the fishing charter. The restaurant will show people that seafood is good and
    they may start fishing as well.
