    Subject: Restaurant Proposal

    As you are aware, I am in the process of completing ​The Restaurant Entrepreneur


    simulation. In order to continue with this simulation, I am required to first establish the
    name and location of my restaurant. Please review the proposed restaurant provided
    below and indicate if I have your approval to use the proposed idea by completing the
    bottom portion of this memo and returning it to me.

    Proposed Restaurant:
    The name of my restaurant will be Olivia’s Coffee Shop. The theme will be a cozy and
    warm environment perfect for studying, working, or just to grab something to eat or
    drink.The color scheme I have chosen is black, green, browns, and white. The signature
    dish will be a Holiday Gingermint Latte, which is a gingerbread and peppermint latte that
    is only available during the holiday season.The restaurant will be located in Whitehall,
    PA.

    Restaurant Reasoning:
    I decided to do a coffee shop because I really like the vibe of coffee shops and how they
    are set up. I like how they are quiet spaces, which is perfect if you have to do work, and
    they are also great places to get some food or meet up with a friend.
