Subject: Restaurant Proposal

As you are aware, I am in the process of completing The Restaurant Entrepreneur

simulation. In order to continue with this simulation, I am required to first establish the
name and location of my restaurant. Please review the proposed restaurant provided
below and indicate if I have your approval to use the proposed idea by completing the
bottom portion of this memo and returning it to me.

Proposed Restaurant:
The name of my restaurant is Swirls. The theme for my restaurant is so all of my
customers have an enjoyable dining experience. The theme is all about swirls, lie the
whipped cream on top of a milkshake. The color scheme is going to be white, light
brown, gray, and as an accent color, light blue. The signature dish is a banana
milkshake. The restaurant will be located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Restaurant Reasoning:
My family always wants a different dessert. My parents usually just want a relaxing
coffee, but my siblings and I like to have ice cream more often. This usually causes us
to want to go to two different fast food restaurants. My solution is to have my restaurant
open for kids and adults so they are able to enjoy ice cream, milkshakes, and coffee at
the same place.
