As you are aware, I am in the process of completing The Restaurant Entrepreneur simulation. In
order to continue with this simulation, I am required to first establish the name and location of my
restaurant. Please review the proposed restaurant provided below and indicate if I have
your approval to use the proposed idea by completing the bottom portion of this memo and
returning it to me.

Proposed Restaurant:
My restaurant name is Nathan's supreme weiner joint. The
theme of my restaurant is a pizzeria but instead of a pizzaria
it is a hotdog joint and I want the hotdog smell to make
people hungry the moment they come in the building.The
color scheme is hotdog skin color and red. The signature dish
will be a 16 foot hotdog.The joint will be located in
Pittsburgh,PA 15236 on 4653 Clairton Blvd.
