Subject: Restaurant Proposal

As you know, I am completing ​The Restaurant Entrepreneur​ simulation. To be able to

start doing this, I have to first set the name and the location of my restaurant. Would you
kindly review this and if you have approved this memo please complete the bottom part
of it, and send it back to me.

Proposed Restaurant:
The name of my restaurant is Kreamy Kafé. The theme for it is to give the customers a
homey feeling and to feel comfortable inside the restaurant. The color scheme will be
brown, light brown, and white. The signature dish is going to be the Café Latte´. The
location of my restaurant will be settled here in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Restaurant Reasoning:
I believe that Kreamy Kafé will be very helpful to those who like drinking coffee, other
drinks, and eating desserts. A coffee shop is something I have always liked, so I think
trying to open my own café isn't going to do any harm to anyone and it's going to be a
lot of fun.
