Subject: Restaurant proposal

As you are aware, I am in the process of completing The Restaurant Entrepreneur

simulation. In order to continue with this simulation, I am required to first establish the
name and location of my restaurant. Please review the proposed restaurant provided
below and indicate if I have your approval to use the proposed idea by completing the
bottom portion of this memo and returning it to me.

Proposed Restaurant:
The name of my restaurant is Sweets and Treats. The theme for my restaurant is sweet
foods and treats. The color scheme that I have decided to use is Pink and White.The
signature dish at my restaurant is a red velvet cupcake with cream inside, and pink and
white frosting. The restaurant is located in Dover, Del.

Restaurant Reasoning: The reason for my restaurant is because I really wanted to

start my own business. I also wanted to have a job that I would enjoy. I always
knew that one day I would start my own business.

I approve this restaurant proposal for use in The Restaurant Entrepreneur

simulation.
 I do not approve of this restaurant proposal for use in The Restaurant
Entrepreneur simulation.
