Subject: Restaurant proposal

As you are aware, I am in the process of completing The Restaurant Entrepreneur simulation. In
order to continue with this simulation, I am required to first establish the name and location of
my restaurant. Please review the proposed restaurant provided below and indicate if I have your
approval to use the proposed idea by completing the bottom portion of this memo and returning
it to me.

Proposed Restaurant:
The name of my restaurant is Panda Eats. The theme of my restaurant is to make the
customers feel like they are in a place similar to the movie “Kung Fu Panda.” There would ve
panda shaped sushi and lots of Boba to represent the movie and a fun little drink. My color
scheme would be a mixture of green, black and a hint of blue. My signature dish will be a panda
shaped sushi and taro milk tea with a hint of soy sauce. My restaurant will be located at
Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Restaurant Reasoning:
Kung Fu Panda was one of my comfort and favorite Movies growing up, and my grandpa would always
make me and my sibling sushi before he passed away so it's one of my favorite foods. Boba and Sushi
are one of my foods I eat when I'm upset or sad, and it helps me calm down.
