Subject: Resturant Proposal

As you are aware, I am in the process of completing ​The Restaurant Entrapanuer​ Simulation. In
order to continue with this simulation, I am required to first establish the name and location of
my restaurant. Please view the proposed restaurant provided below and indicate if I have your
approval to use the proposed idea by completing the bottom portion of this memo and returning
it to me.

Proposed Restaurant:
The name of my bakery/cafe is Cosplay Cupcakes. The theme for my bakery is movies, tv
shows, fanfiction characters, etc. The style is a newer design with pop and flare. My walls are
covered with different characters from many fandoms, the accents are gold and black to
represent Pittsburgh, and the floor is white with paint splatters to show my love for art. The
signature dish at my bakery is the cupcakes. My bakery is located in the Waterfront Pittsburgh,
PA.

Restaurant Reasoning:
I like to bake a lot because it gives me something to do that clears my stress. My sister who has
Ulcerative Colitis and Celiac can not eat out many places or get anything from any bakeries so I
want her and others who share her conditions to be able to have a place to get food and feel at
home.
