SUBJECT: Restaurant proposal

As you are aware, I am in the process of completing The Restaurant Entrepreneur simulation. In order to
continue with this simulation, I am required to first establish the name and location of my restaurant.
Please review the proposed restaurant provided below and indicate if I have your approval to use the
proposed idea by completing the bottom portion of this memo and returning it to me.

Proposed Restaurant:
The name of my restaurant is you mocha me crazy.I chose the theme coffee for my coffee shop with
coffee flavors, and decor. The color scheme combination I have chosen is brown light brown and black.
My signature dish is a homestyle chicken lunch sandwich. We are located in Albany, New York

Restaurant Reasoning:
I always feel happy whenever i go to any coffee shop. I love coffee, and dessert, and really anything that
involves breakfast. I always make breakfast for my family on the weekends. Opening a coffee shop would
not only be open for breakfast but any meal, snack, dessert, and beverages. I love to cook, bake you
name it. This business would allow me to make a customer’s morning whatever it is they are getting.
