•Henry Gannt-

Terkenal dengan sistem Carta Gantt memberikan penekanan terhadap


perincian dalam jadual tugasan dan amat relevan hingga kini bagi
membolehkan pengurusan menetapkan sasaran dan tarikh akhir (date-line) bagi
setaip tugasan. Henry Gantt turut memperkenalkan sistem bonus bagi pekerja
yang melepasi sasaran tugasan yang ditetapkan secara harian. Beliau turut
menekankan kepentingan latihan dalam memahirkan kakitangan dalam
menjalankan tugas.

Definition of supervision

The action or process of watching and directing what someone does or how
something is done.
Concept of leadership

Good leaders are made, not born.


If you have the desire and willpower, you can become an
effective leader.
Good leaders develop through a never ending process of self-
study, education, training, and experience (Jago, 1982)
