safely without penalty or punitive treatment or any detriment to Shawn Dexter John and
Rashidah Williams

(1) Rashidah Williams isn't mentally retarded as affirmed intently by Shawn Dexter John and
she (Rashidah Williams, not a transvestite or transgender individual as maliciously
asserted by some) was considered mentally retarded in FBI records to explain why she
never called the cops (or law enforcement officers) on Shawn Dexter John while they
were together at Howard University between the years 2006-2009, including during
2007-2008 when Shawn Dexter John was an undercover auditor at the University of the
District of Columbia - School of Law,
(2) INTERPOL is prepared to assassinate all agents, officers, officials, and associates (and
affiliates) holding Rashidah Williams hostage in the state of Florida whether she admits it
or not, never including Shawn Dexter John (of the Commonwealth of Dominica and an
American resident and citizen) who clearly isn't a kidnapper or has ever held any one
hostage, and we are certain that her complicit parents, recorded receiving money for (by
trained methods) controlling her mind toward irrationality and fear, will not succumb to
death per the mercy directive demanded by Shawn Dexter John in removing the young
woman from pain and humiliation,
(3) The individual with one arm (with one arm having been amputated) who now poses as
the biological father of Keisha Williams (the biological daughter of Shawn Dexter John)
will not be rewarded, compensated, or congratulated for any purpose and will suffer
public humiliation if he does not surrender to doing the right thing, letting Shawn Dexter
John be happy with his impending wealth, reuniting with Rashidah Williams, and being
protected as the Chief Manager of the United States Government and its Partnerships;
this individual did not lose his arm for having disowned any child and, additionally, his
friendship with athletes does not communicate anything,
 (4) Shawn Dexter John isn't authoring or transcribing any content which he does not
perceive (implied as honest) as true within his internet publications,
(5) Shawn Dexter John isn't suffering by intent or toward being compensated for it,
(6) Shawn Dexter John isn't seeking social media popularity or purporting being romantic or
platonic with beautiful women; he is honest in his intent to competently enjoy his
procreation program to be re-incepted immediately (imminently) toward biologically
fathering 10,000 offspring (human children) of his patronical genetics as the sole
impregnating and nurturing male and isn't hiding in the closet or down low as you would
say (or covering up being gay or bisexual, things he is not and has never been), and
(7) Rashidah Williams isn't and was never a Muslim or perceived as one by Shawn Dexter
John or any family associate. Statements providing otherwise are proof of the
conspiracy resulting in the Security Council and tribunal judgments imposed on
addressed individuals and toward the non-punitive and non-detrimental victory and
financial benefits awarded to Shawn Dexter John solely (clearly not as part of any class
judgement or decision)
