Цілі уроку:

Перевірити рівень засвоєння лексико граматичного матеріалу; удосконалювати вміння

застосовувати вивчений матеріал у ситуаціях на парктиці. Повторити слова за темою
”Тварини ”; практикувати вживання ступенів порівняня прикметників. Формувати
комунікативну компетентність;розвивати увагу і навички усного та писемного
мовлення;Виховувати старанність, бережливе ставлення до тварин.

Обладнання: flash- cards ”Animals”; відео запис; підручник ”Family and Friends 2”; презентація.

Хід уроку.
I Організаційний момент.

 1.1 Привітання.
Т: Hello, my dear pupils.
P: Hello, teacher.

 1.2 Мовна розминка

Т: What day is it today?

What is the weather like today?

What is your favourite animal?

T: Let’s check our hometask. (перевірка домашнього завдання).

 1.3 Повідомлення теми та мети урокy.

T: Today the topic of our lesson is Degrees of Comparison of Adjectives.

Т: Ціль нашого уроку поглибити знання з вищого та найвищого ступенів порівняння

прикметників.

II Активізація вивченого лексичного матеріалу.

2.1 Т: Let’s revise the words. Put your hands in to this bag , take a picture of an animal and
name it., using the phrase It’s a… (давайте перевіримо слова. Опустіть руки до мішечка,
витягніть карточку та назвіть тваринку, використовуючи конструкцію It’s a…).

III Основна частина уроку.

3.1 T: Now pupils look at the adjectives on the board, go to the board and match the
opposites.

( подивитися на слова та з’єднай антоніми,).

 big- small
 tall-short
 fast-slow
 quiet- loud
 fat-thin

3.2 Т: Now look at your animals and at thеsе adjectives on the board. Describe your animals
using these adjectives.

Look on the TV. ( тепер подивітся на тварин та на прикметники на дошці. Опишіть

усно своїх тварин цими прикметниками).

Слайд: The hen is small.

Let’s start.

 The cow is big.

 The goat is small.
 The horse is fast.
 The sheep is short.
 The donkey is slow.
 The goose is loud.
 The pig is fat.
 The hen is small.
 The cat is quite.
 The dog is thin.
 The mouse is small.
 The parrot is loud.
 The tiger is fast.
 The elephant is big.
 The kangaroo is slow.
 The rabbit is quite.
 The frog is small.

VI. 4.1 Т: Оur next task is easy.You alredy know degrees of comparison. Look at the slide on
the TV and tell me.

Where are the adjectives here?

Why are they different?
(Наше наступне завдання буде легким,оскільки ми вже з вами вивчили ступені
порівння прикметників. Скажіть мені чи всі слова є прикметникам? Чому вони
різні?)

Слайд: Small- smaller-the smallest.

 Big-bigger- the biggest.

Short-shorter-the shortest.

(Відповідь учнів) P: Small is comparative and has a suffix – er.

The smallest is superlative and has suffix–est.

4.2 T: Very good. Now we can compare your animals using degree of comparison. Look
at the example on the TV.

Слайд: Ex: The horse is faster than the donkey.(слайд читають учні).
T: What is the degree? (comparative)

5.1 T: Now work in pairs. Turn to each other and say ” hello”.Now use the adjectives
on the board and compare your animals in pairs. ( учні вибирать прикметники з
дошки та порівнюють тваринок за зразком).
5.2 Write down in your copy books. Учні свої відповіді записують в зошит).
Well done.

Зразок відповіді:
P: The horse is bigger than the pig.
The pig is smaller than the horse.

V Фізкульт хвилинка ( Now let’s have a rest. Look at the TV).

5.3 T: Look at this farm on TV. What animals do you see? Now look at these sentences
on the board. Open the brackets.( подивитися на ферму і запитати, яких тварин учні
бачить. Виконати завдання на дошці.Розкрити дужки).

Речення:
1.The horse is (fast)______ than the cow.

5.4 Look at the farm on TV.

 Who is the fastest on the farm?
 Who is the smallest on the farm ?
  Who is the loudest on the farm ?
 Who is the slowest on the farm ?
 Who is the biggest on the farm ?

Учні відповідають.
The horse is the fastest.
The sheep is the smallest.

5.5 What does the fastest mean?

What does the biggest mean?

(відповідь учнів- superlative degree).

5.6 In our next task I have cards. I put them on the table. Come to me Fedia,Yasmin and Ivan.

Take one card. .(Я маю карточки перевернуті догори. По черзі я викликаю називаючи
імена. Учнів підходять та обирають карточку).

T: Тake your sits.

Your task is to compare the animals with Comparative and Superlative Degrees.
Write down in your paper.
Before you starts look at the model on TV.
( учні повинні порівняти своїх тваринок за зразком, записати відповіді на
листочках .Зразок речення вчитель читає ).
Слайд:
The white frog is big.
The brown frog is bigger.
The green frog is the biggest.

T: Time is over. Read your sentences.

5.4 T; We have worked very well today. Before we finish our lesson open your books on page
90 ex.2 (діти читають по черзі).Let’s sing the song.(відео)

VI Заключна частина уроку.

4.1 T: Home task (__________________).

4.2 Т: Давайте зробимо висновок, доповнюючи речення:

Т: Now I know….. (Тепер я знаю … )

Р: I know comperative and superlative degrees (Тепер я знаю ступені

порівняня).

T: Я вмію … I can……

P: I can compare animals with each other (Я вмію порівнювати тварин між
собою).
