Lentil and pea soup with paprika

Small pea groats are made from peas grown in Ukraine.

Country of origin of lentils: 1 - Ukraine, 2 - Turkey, 3 - France, 4 - Kazakhstan
The number of lentils origin is given after the "better to consume before" date.

Ingredients: legume mixture (91,0%) ( pea groats small, lentils red small-seeded), dried vegetables (in
variable proportion: onions, tomatoes, sweet peppers, garlic, parsley root), dried herbs mixture (in variable
proportion: parsley herbs, basil), ground paprika (0.8%), ground spices mixture (in variable proportion: black
pepper and allspice).

Спосіб приготування:

Для приготування гарніру: налити в каструлю не менше 1 L (л) води і довести до кипіння, опустити
в неї пакетик, посолити та варити на слабкому вогні до готовності 30-40 хвилин.
Витягнути пакетик, піддівши його виделкою за петлю. Дати воді стекти. Відкрити пакетик,
розрізавши його ножицями. Викласти вміст пакетику на тарілку, ретельно перемішати.
За бажанням додати рослинну олію або вершкове масло.

To prepare the side dish: pour at least 1 L (l) of water into a saucepan and bring it to the boil, put the bag in
it, salt it and cook over low heat until tender, 30-40 minutes.
Take out the sachet by pulling the hinge with a fork. Allow the water to drain. Open the bag by cutting it with
a scissors. Put the contents of the bag on a plate, mix well.
If desired, add the oil or butter.

Для приготування супу: налити в каструлю 1,0-1,1 L (л) води, довести до кипіння, вміст пакетику
висипати до неї. Варити на слабкому вогні до готовності 30-40 хвилин.
Посолити, за бажанням додати рослинну олію або вершкове масло.
